c) Short-term protection of form submissions against abuse (rate limiting and similar technical safeguards) – legitimate interest of the controller under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

d) Storing your cookie preference choice – where you make such a choice on the site, on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 89 of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll. Necessary cookies are processed under the controller's legitimate interest in operating the site.

3. Scope of data processed

Via the inquiry form we process the data you enter in it: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), inquiry type, product or commodity, estimated volume, place of delivery, timing, message text and the selected form language. The submission additionally carries technical information about the source page and the version of the acknowledgement text you were shown.

To the extent necessary we process technical submission metadata (in particular the caller's IP address and a timestamp) for the time needed to protect the form against abuse. The scope matches the fields actually present in the form and the server-side rate limit; the form does not collect other fields such as a country field.

4. Recipients and processors

Personal data may be made accessible, to the extent necessary, to authorised persons of the controller and to categories of technical service providers required to operate the site — in particular the hosting provider of the web application and database used to record submitted inquiries, and the provider that delivers the email notification to the controller's contact address.

5. Retention period

Inquiry data are retained for the time necessary to handle the inquiry and related business communication. After it is closed we process the data only to the extent and for the time necessary to protect the controller's rights and comply with its obligations (in particular accounting, tax and limitation periods), where such a reason exists.

Technical submission metadata used to protect the form against abuse are kept only for the time necessary for that purpose.

Your cookie preference choice is primarily stored in your browser's local storage until you change or delete it. When the choice is saved a security- and audit-oriented server-side record of the choice is also created, comprising an anonymous visitor identifier, the selected categories (analytics, marketing), the interface version, the language, the source page, information about the browser used (User-Agent), the time and an anonymised IP address (IPv4 with the last octet zeroed; IPv6 truncated to the first 48 bits). The record is used to evidence the choice and to protect against abuse; it is retained only for the time necessary for those purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

Requests should be sent to info@agricobohemia.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site uses only necessary cookies and similar technical storage required for its operation and form submission. Without your explicit consent given on the site we do not activate analytics or marketing measurement. You can change the cookie preference choice you made through the interface at any time in Cookie settings.

8. Provision of data

Providing the personal data listed in the form is a contractual or voluntary requirement; without it the inquiry cannot be processed or answered.

9. Automated decision-making

The controller does not carry out automated individual decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
